The platform includes AI-guided conversations (NYX), a somatic journal, structured self-audits, and educational content.

3. Not Therapy

Umbralysis is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any other licensed professional service. No content on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice.

Your use of this platform does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other licensed professional relationship. If you are struggling with severe emotional distress, trauma symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent psychological or medical concern, contact a licensed provider or local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Umbralysis. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
